I started The Letter because I kept having the same conversation. A buyer would come to me anxious, misinformed, and operating off headlines written by people who'd never walked a suburb at 7am on a Saturday.

I became a buyers agent after being on the sales side of property, so I know how the other half thinks. I work across residential and investment property, and I spend my weeks inspecting, negotiating, and watching what actually moves. This letter is how I share what I find.
